Question PC TV - any good?

Guys

The TV in the study has finally given up the ghost. Rather than spank out for a new telly I thought I might try PC TV.

A couple of things:

- Are they any good?
- Any makes or setup you'd like to recommend?

I don't want to spend more than £70.

Cheers
Kav

I have the PCI based Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe which does the trick nicely, its getting on a bit now but was a bargain at around £30. I've had consoles, VCRs and allsorts attached to it. Here's the equivalent now.

For £70 I would think that you could get a free-to-air digital card or USB device.

Wink

Thanks Dunk

Any idea how to tell whether I've got USB 1.0 or USB 2.0 on my PC?

Cheers

the usb stick in dunk's link is great *but* you need a rock solid freeview reception - and the supplied airiel is pants .
