Possible Virus/Script Help Needed
Another one for the knowledgable Scoobynet bunch
AVG Free Edition picked up a virus (Expliot.JPEG) last week only I've just noticed now. Anyway have deleted the file and thought that was that but now my old Norton Anti-Virus 2003 (which I stopped subscribing to & using but haven't yet/can't delete) has detected a:
Now this is the main AOL (yes I know!) file and it's recommending me not to run it!?
I'm currently using a DUN connection & IE (bypassing AOL) incase this is anything serious but need to be able to use AOL.
Already had some bother with the new AOL upgrade of modem drivers that fooked everything up on Monday & Tuesday and it's pissing me off
Plus been booking holiday, paying for things & entering passwords etc since... so hoping it's nowt malicious or serious!
Anyone shed any light please?
Cheers,
CB
