Default BlackBerry (BES) training

Looking for decent UK based training company that provides Admin training for the BE server.

Cheers
Rik.

I did mine with O2. As they were the provider of the system they provided the training.

Worth a try!

What server platform are you running it with? We've been using a Domino attached BES and I've not needed any training in 2 yrs of use... its pretty self explanatory.

JAmes does like a good rim

Vodafona gave us our "training" when they put the system in, but tbh there wasn't much to it.

We've just put in an Intellisync system in last week, guy was down for three days and didn't really show me much so have spent the last few days figuring it all out. Some thigns it does better than the blackberry solution, some not so good. coupled with Safeguard PDA though and can have a right laugh with it all

Although not sure the boss liked me blocking his vpx whenever any sim card was put in lol.

was with O2 now BT & now problems

why do some remain on initialising? Tech support think cos its only a 256k remote site that it doesnt send back the key when a new one is created.
& why on earth are lots of people suddenly unable to send emails is a mystery. no x's just going off into the ether & not reappearing at the other end
