Question Outlook Express; sent mail attachments

Simple question, I hope.

Friend of mine has a laptop, with loads of digi photos on the HD.

Virtually every day she sends emails with attached photos (proud new mum!)

Open "Sent items" and of course it has the mails with the photos.

How does OE store these attachments? Does it make a copy of them and store it, or does it simply link back to the original location?

In short, is she doubling her disk usage by keeping all these attachments?

Thanks!

Hello

It keeps them inside the mail file, so yes.
