My Hotmail e-mail account refuses to let me type a message. It will go to the "new message" page, allow me to type in who it's to, and the e-mail title, but the box for the message won't allow me to click on it, so I get no cursor, and no typing appears.

If I try to insert a smiley, it appears in a new box above the message box, that I've never seen before, but I can't type in this either.

I can't find the message form on their "help" page, so I can't ask them for help.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
