Default IT Policy - Email, Internet and PC usage

We all know these things are copy and pasted from other places.

So does anyone have one I can "copy" so I can "paste" it into our policy?

I've got one from a few years ago, but I'm worried that the law has moved on a bit.

Failing that, where is the best place to get up to speed on the law?

This was very handy: http://www.bizhelp24.com/business_la...nitoring.shtml

Chaps - if you need anymore help - drop me a PM. I won't advertise (too much ), but enough to say that IT security, risk management, code / app testing is my company's arena.
