"LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Shareholders late Wednesday approved Adobe Systems Inc.'s planned acquisition of Macromedia Inc., moving the companies a step closer to completing the deal, originally worth $3.4 billion.
Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the deal, with nearly all of the 75% of outstanding Adobe shares (ADBE: news, chart, profile) voted cast in favor of the combination. Of the just more than 73% of Macromedia shares voted, virtually all were cast to approve...."

doesn't really scan does it ?
They dumped most of the guys who really knew CF just after Macromedia bought Allaire ...

Doesn't bode well for SVG. Adobe were about the only people who made a decent viewer, but it was a competitor for flash so I doubt they'll continue developing it
