simply put yes it is on i think all dvdrw drives if you can find a model number i can tell you more

When you say record CD's I presume you are referring to burning CD's like you would burn a DVD. If so, then chances are you can as most DVD-rewriters can also burn CD's.

 

the drive you have will read and wright most any format its known to be one of the best drives on the market its more common name is dvr-109 and if you do a search you will find loads about it hope this helps
