Default Good (agressive) defragmenter

I've been using Executive Diskeeper to defrag my laptop drive, and it seems to be ignoring a virtual machine file I have (4gb) even though there's a good 20gb free. The file is in >16,000 fragments so the VM runs like a dog! Also, it doesn't seem very agressive in moving file blocks around - there are free space gaps throughout the disk.

So enough whinging, can anyone recommend a decent (aggressive!) defragmenter for NTFS please?

o&o defrag, once your drive is defragged it runs in the background and stops fragmetation building up so your drive is never fragmented.
