NTL. Require settings to upload to webspace
I recenly got a new laptop. I have always used WS_FTP to uplaod items to my web space.
Well I've spent ages on ntl's home page but cant find the ftp setting anywhere, they just want me to download a 30 day trial.
Can anyone help?
Cheers

Its normally ftp://uploads.ntlworld.com/your.username with the password they provided or changed your account to. The content should then appear on http://homepage.ntlworld.com/your.username
Hope this helps.
ps it may be upload instead of uploads thinking about it, but not being on my ntl connection cant verify for you.

Hi Lee
You can do it through your browser by putting in the following:
Say your username was logic.lee and pass was isace....
ftp://logic.lee:isace@upload.ntlworld.com
You can then drag and drop like you can in windows explorer.
Hope you are keeping well mate
Steve

All sorted now thanks to everyones help.
Steve,
Feeling fine now thanks, changed my working patterns so I get more time off, have also taken up mountain bikeing and joined a health club. The medication they gave me has sensitised my Stomach and I'm now intolerant to wheat and dairy products. Put my recovery back a bit but on the pluss side it makes me eat more healthily.
Cheers
