Nero should be able to do a straight CD->CD copy which should include the graphics. Which CD is it? The only CD+G I ever saw was a Fleetwood Mac one that I used to put on my 3DO to impress people.

CDRWin from Goldenhawk can do cdg stuff...
Just make sure that your cd writer supports it too
