can anbody help or point me in the right direction

over a month i produce various lever arch files for projects

these can contain prints of excel dumps, word files, pdf etc

rather than have multiple folders as i do at the moment is there a program out there that say after i scan all the prints it can collate and let me produce say an electronic version fo the ring binder that i can modify.

think of it as an electronic organiser for all of the above information.

I've used Acrobat Distiller in the past to collate a book. Not sure how it handles individual files across many folders though.

However, you could insert into a word document and create your 'book' from there? However, that book is not editable except in the original word document.

Actually, that doesnt solve your problem at all does it.
