Default resizing pics

how do you resize the pics to what size you want so they can fit in certain dimentions, so from a normal picture to fit into 250 by 250

i have a trial version of it but it aint the easiest setup to use are there any others

File.....open..(import image)..image...image size....(then just set the print size and save.)

That should be it.

in xp, right click on the photo (or photos) in explorer, select send to -> mail recipenient.

select resize, and select the size you want, then just copy them out of the email on to your hard-disk.. easy!
