random numbers in excel.
i have a list of 32 numbers held in a row in excel. how do i pick 16 of these numbers with no repititions

I'm sure it could be done using =RAND()*(32-1)+1 nested in an IF statement (or two) to check for duplicates, then use a lookup table to grab the resulting values. But its too late in the day to get my head around it
