PlusNet are 14.99 for a 2Mb line. Good company too.

no download cap on ukonline. i think plusnet is cap.

Plusnet is fair usage. Not quite cap....sort of 'soft cap' - a 3 strikes and your out thing.

Ukonline do offer some good deals....but a lot of them are when they have their own stuff in the Exchanges...so not suitable for Everyone
