what's the fastest program for creating DVDs and Video-CDs from DivX files?

I use cucosoft AVI to VCD/DVD

Not sure about fastest but it does the job pretty well. Alot of other programs i tried to do this the quality was not as good and sound was out of Sync from the video. But so far i havnt had that problem using this prog.

software from a company called VSO .... Google it

Lots of us on here us it. Very fast very easy.

yea a second for vso avitodvd then just burn it on nero

Yes i have just used VSO DivxtoDVD for first time after reading this post and VERY fast 2 hour film converted to DVD in 1 hour depending on your PC spec of course and no problems worked a treat !!!
