Console / PC game media condition

Console / PC game media condition
Been at least a week since my last whinge!....
Anyhow, am I alone in thinking that if I pay the 'brand new' price for a game, I should expect a brand new copy, that doesn't look like it has been cleaned with a scouring pad!
According to GAME Guildford, I'm being 'picky'!
Before you ask, I walked away without purchasing anything and bought if from another store that don't trash their media before selling it to you.
Anyway.. I'll get my coat...

well little known fact, game *Should* mark all this stuff as second hand that is returned etc but its not (at least when I worked there) It was just put back in the shrink wrap machine along with the other many titles returned. Naughty but thats why you get owned second hand games

I'm feeling quite vindictive today too, and was considering dropping trading standards a quick email/phone call.
