Broadband upgrade

Have ordered 2 meg Broadband from Nildram to upgrade my 1 meg, their order status page says it will be done on 20/03/05 yet I am getting a consisten 200 k/sec download speed, this would lead me to beleive its already been done ?

Does that sound like its the case ?
