Bluetooth won't connect!

Bluetooth won't connect!
Despite the fact that I've transferred photos and music to my laptop dozens of times, this morning it just won't connect properly! It can see my phone but simply won't shift data!!
Any ideas welcome!!

got the same problem myself, but I only got one stupid answer 
will connect to Huxley's pc fine, but I just get an error message
have transferred files before too

tried that, didn't w**k for me
can't understand it can transfer not problems to Hux's pc, but my pc just tries to send & then fails
we've ended up transferring them onto his pc then mailing them to mine - bit of a pain in the ar$e though

Will start from scratch when I get home tonight......need original software and manual! If I was really desperate I'd use the card reader.....but shouldn't have to as that's the whole point about Bluetooth!
Will let you know what happens in chapter 2.....!!
