How do I adjust Laptop Temperature Settings?
As the title says, "How do I adjust Laptop Temperature Settings?"
It's a NEC Versa E660 laptop. Keeps shutting down because it gets too warm. Want to adjust it so it's slightly higher, but not too much.
Couldn't find it in the BIOS settings. Any help is much appreciated!

wouldn't advise that - it's shutting down for good reason - be better to open it and put some Arctic Silver thermal paste on it to help it cool better and make sure the fan is clean and spinning properly - also check the air vents are clean.
You should be able to check in the BIOS what temperature it's running at - you can sometimes change whether it shuts down or just warns you but I wouldn't advise that!
