#3
No mate im a new customer ........ and if there was a simpler way for me to get at least 1 meg then I would be telling them to poke it up their backside .... However the large town I live in the middle off somehow isnt close enough to a BT. Therefore no-one can guarranty the upgrade.

Did you know they are upgrading the bandwidth this quarter? The three tiers, 512, 750, 1.5, go up to 1MB, 2MB, 3MB respectively. Unfortunately, you have to pay a one off fee of around 25 quid for them to make the switch on your account. Other than that, I think the prices remain the same.
So, depending on when they actually fit it, you may get 3MB instead Failing that, you can stick with your 1.5MB or pay another one off 25 quid, and get 3MB
Don't know exactly when they are rolling this out, I've just heard its Q1 2005.
