Conflicts running on my laptop. Help Please.
Quite often when I switch my laptop off, Outlook fails to exit and I have to terminate it via Task Manager. I have similar problems with Power Point which continues to run on after exiting and when I try another PP it hangs, as the old one is still running. Is there a diagnostic programme which would identify and repair these conflicts? What else can I do?
