2003 server group policies and 2000

Does anyone know if windows 2003 group policies are fully compatible with 2000 servers. Can't get simple changes like internet browser default pages to change

Should be, haven't had a bother with 2003 AD GP with Windows 2000 boxes. Any errors in the event logs? Have you tried the GPResult tool from MS to check for overlapping Policies?
