Xbox Pro Evo option file with correct teams, flags, sponsors Get it here
This thread below has an updated option file with all the Kits, Sponors, Players as of early Dec 2004.
You'll need a an Xbox Maxdrive to transfer it to your Xbox but it does work it, I have used it to update mine
makes the game a lot better visually, only downside is the comentary

Well worth doing. Amazing the time people have spent editing the kits, sponsors, formations etc! Shame it defaults to the standard kits/names etc when you play on XBox Live (and invariably get thumped 3-0 by some spotty kid who must play it 27 hours a day..not that I'm bitter or anything!).
On a related note if you have an unmodded UK XBOX and want hidef picture quality (ie if you have a tv/plasma that supports hi-def / HDTV) a Max Drive is also a good investment. There are software hacks that let you change the output to Hidef via NTSC. I'm not at all techie and I got this working a treat.

That is SO cool - the time it must have taken to rename everybody

(and I managed to get it to work 1st time - unlike my PGR2 paris expansion - still no joy!!

Not used it myself, but I would assume they are better. To use the patch, just replace the file with the patched versions, either within the ISO or on your HDD.

Apparently the grass textures are held within the afs files which can be opened with Graphics Studio. You can replace the bin files within this, 5 or 6 texture files per stadium. No expert on this I'm afraid, but the guys over at Evo Web will be able to help
