I work for a large comapny and this is who I use to get HP servers and parts, may be worth a look they are very competitive. Drop this guy your requirements and he may be able to assist.

computacentre are my next attempt.. as they are one of our suppliers.
Problem is I cant just use anyone, they would have to be setup as a preferred supplier, and this can get hard when our parent company are fussy.
Also we tend to spend a bit more money than small companys can cope with.
500k + orders
