live streaming video to internet
curious to here if anyone has setup a digital camera of some sort, that is captured by a PC and broadcast to the internet as a stream ?
Question:
Can you encode the incoming video into a stream and broadcast it onto the net - through software alone ? Or do I need specialist hardware ?
NOTE: The computer broadcasting the stream only has a dynamic ip address.
