Question hmmmmm ? What the...

When I was out of the house the PC apparentlly crashed.
It then booted up on the slave drive I have now got it back to C: but all of my outlook express inbox has vanished ( all the sent items are there. )
I know it is one of those "how long is a bit of string" type question but where might I be able to find them ??
What type of file is an email so I can search for it ?

Cheers

Paul

internet e-mail messages are saved as *.eml
don't think OE saves them like it though.

IIRC they are only .PST files if they have been archived, the default is .DBX files.
