Longshot - BT Customer Security team tel number ?
Does anyone know any way to contact these people other than via email ( that they don't respond to ) . I have an automated attack on a commercial webserver from a btopenworld.com address that is dhcp'd ( source has changed in the last week ) so I can't ban the i/p and the commercial people won't like it if I drop the entire domain

Have you used abuse@btopenworld.com ? They are bound by law to respond to complaints. I have used this several times and always got a response, you should get a mail back confirming that they have received the message and that it will be dealt with within 24 hours
