Help with Norton Anti virus!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just renewd my Norton anti virus subcription on line but cannot get it activated, any help greatly apprciated.

I had exactly the same problem every time i renewed. After a long journey through their "maze of twisty passages all alike" support website, i logged the problem (you have to play hide and seek first though 
) and it would miraculously start working again.
I no longer use Norton!

upgrading Norton via a download is just a nightmare,endless problems and error messages to navigate
i dumped the whole thing and went with McAfee,and ive had no problems (except Spamkiller and privacy are worthless)

With Norton, go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove programs & uninstall the pile of ****. Go to http://www.pandasoftware.co.uk/ & buy proper software.
