After installing an ip blocker into Azureus if found I was being hit 50-100 times a day by all sorts of big companies and several internet usage companies. All my friends now use an ip blocker with and P2P program and we all find the same.

I've seen Microsoft internet usage dept, Paramount pictures, RIAA ( American FACT ) and lots of others that you won't want.

Remember it is illegal to download copyrighted material.

I'm surprised MS/Paramount/etc don't use anonymous machines to defeat such an easy solution as blocking IPs

Hello

What's wrong with the "normal" Bit Torrent program? Are the ones mentioned so much better?

Steve.

Don't you find that Safepeer takes an age to load though?

After using PTC, azureus and a few others, I have been using bitornado for quite some time and won't be going back any time soon. Combining that with peerguardian 2 beta and it's a win win situation

How do you update safepeer though?
If you were, say, have a friend who uses it..... to swap...college papers.
