Default Help with broard band

Hi all hope you can help. I am getting broardband next week and have a few questions.
1 - I have bought a ethernet card as my pc does not have it on board. Can i just plug in a pci slot and load drivers? Or do i have to wait for b/b to be installed?
2 - I was told that it is better than using usb?

There's no reason why you can't install the PCI card now.......

If you had a PC with 'onboard' LAN connections the drivers would already be installed .......

Will the modem that is supplied by you ISP support ethernet connection???

... or have you 'made a purchase' ?

phil
