Question XP + Java = not responding..

I use the ADVFN.com website a lot (share prices, BB, etc) , whenever I access their live streaming prices (Java) it works ok the first time but when I refresh, the IE6 session locks up completely and requires task manager to kill it off. I also access this site using another machine running win 2000 and it works perfect. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Have you tried a different browser, and if so do you see the problem in there as well (firefox for example).

Also, how up to date is your java install. Probably worth going to java.com and getting hold of the latest version...

Both XP machines we have are virtually new and I've just SP2'd the desktop but it makes no difference. The win 2000 machine is running IE6 and gives no problems whatsoever. Might see if there's any tech help on the Jva site.
