A few days ago I stood on my Xbox live headset and destroyed it I have been searching around and the cheapest MS headset is £17.99 and the annual Xbox live subscription is £39.99. Amazon are currently selling Halo2 and the Xbox starter kit for £49.99. The starter kit consists of a Headset and a 12 month subscription.

I spoke with MS today and if you go into your account management and enter the subscription key it will extend your account for an additional 12 months.

So if you have yet to order Halo2 and need a new headset you get an additional years subscription for free.

is it the Halo2 headset ? .... it's an in-ear job instead of round the back of the head I think. would be better for lying on the couch.

No its the standard MS headset. I looked at the Halo set but its £40 and being a 4 eyed speccy it won't work unless I cut an arm off.

Haven't played PGR2 for ages, I'm a master of Seats and GT lights on Toca now but have yet to work out the V8's and DTM's.

I haven't played Toca in ages. All I seem to find is rooms full of cheaters and wall riders. as we said in the other thread , we need to get a night set up for racing again (once the Halo2 buzz has worn off)

What he means is he is a master of the **** cars and can't yet drive the real beasties!!! If I remember correctly then I don't seem to recall you beating me on PGR that often either??

This means war..... just as soon as I finish playing HALO2 (sometime next year!!!)
