Activesync 3.7 and Office Outlook 2003 SP1 Problems
Hi all
I have a HP IPAQ H2210 PDA and HP Compaq NC8000 Laptop (Integrated Wireless/Bluetooth). I want to use Activesync 3.7 to synchronise my Outlook Inbox, Calender, Tasks and Contacts with the PDA using the H2210 cradle plugged into the USB port of the NC8000. All was going well until it came to synchronise the Inbox.
Basically it creates duplicates of some emails every time I so a synchronisation, so if I do it a few times I end up with multiple copies of the same emails both on the laptop and PDA. The only strange thing I notice about most of the duplicates is that email address or name of the person who sent the mail under the From column is blank. I also sometimes get errors saying it cannot resolve certain items.
Like I said the Calender, Tasks and Contacts are fine, its just the Inbox thats the prpblem. so far I have tried deleting and re-creating the partnership, soft resetting the IPAQ and reinstalling Activesync.
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Gavin
