240 V neons? / UV lights

I'm fitting out our new computer room and I want to fit neons and U/V a la case modders but @ 240V - any idea where I can buy them from ? ebyuer etc - no luck ??

I saw some 21" in there, but not sure whether they are 240 or low voltage??
