Is it possible to increase the number of conditional formats? I need 4.

Not without paying AFAIK. http://www.ozgrid.com/Services/excel...nal-format.htm. Or write a macro to test the conditions and apply whatever formatting you want.

Just to second speedking. It is indeed limited to 3 by design.
