Default XBOX chips

Hello,

I believe there is a possiblity to chip an Xbox in order to release more features and make it more usable. I'm mainly after playing my Region 1 DVD's and my backup/evaluation games

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Read up over at www.xbox-scene.com - should be enough there to keep you going for the next few months

As above - big thumbs up for the Xecuter chips

cheers guys, shall check out those links.

My mate in work told me his brother had a way of streaming DVD's (DivX I presume) movies across his LAN through his XBOX. Is he trying to confuse me or can it be done some how?

Cheers

Chipped Xbox .... Wireless Ethernet Bridge ...... xbox media centre and Cxxstream on your PC

That's the setup I use to stream pictures movies and music to my surround kit through the Xbox.
