These guys are fairly good - www.buyacamera.co.uk
I bought a Canon Ixus from there for my folks and it had a dead pixel - they swapped it no fuss when I went to see them as they are not far from me.
I have a Casio Exilim EX-Z3 - great camera, only bad point is it blurs if you are not very steady, overall 9/10 though.
They do a EX-Z4 now as well

Used http://www.internetcamerasdirect.co.uk on several occasions, never had any problems with them. Although not the cheapest ( still cheap though ) there service is great.
Funnily enough they have just delivered my new Fuji f610, looking forward to getting home and having a play with it...

Depends on what you want to do with the camera. If you want a good point & shoot that you can carry everywhere, then I'd highly recommend a Canon IXUS. I have the 430 and it's fab. Got mine from Cameras2U for £230 (it's now below £22).
Also, bought a 512Mb compact flash cards from eBuyer (£35) and a spare Hahnel battery (£20).
Doesn't have a lot of control - no shutter or aperture control for example, but takes great shots, battery life last for at least a few days with heavy use and it's never let me down yet. Even survived me dropping it twice from about 5ft off the deck onto solid concrete
