Does anyone know how to get these into developer mode?

Apparently its a grafitti shortcut.........

Do you mean the developers backdoor?

Go to applications launcher screen, tap hotsync icon. Press and hold up on 5way and tap top right corner of screen.

cheers, but that wasn't the developer mode i needed.

The one I needed was a squiggle, a dot then a number 2.
