help i used mcafee to scan my pc

there are 269

viruses all are called W32/NGVK.a

BUT mcafee cannot clean it.

what can i do?

You don't give your operating system.

Check you have the latest scanner engine & DAT files. Make sure that you turn off system restore if you're using Me/XP. Try scanning in Safe mode.
