Just thought that i would mention that is you did not know that there is a Update for Windows XP...Service Pack 2 (SP2)

I have it installed as i just recently formatted my Dell PC and full updated my pc's software courtsy of Microsoft.

And the first thing that you notice is that when the PC is starting up and the Windows XP Home Edition (pro i don't know) Home Edition has disapered and the bar that zooms from left to right is usually green and it is now Blue like Pro.

other than that is looks just the same. But it seems to have 'Fort Knox'
internet security as standard oh well maybe for the better?

Just thought that i would bring this up...sorry if it has been brought up previously

Actually the security has hardly changed: it just pops up an annoying box telling you your security settings need changing. Still has more holes than a catholic condom.

Far from secure. Just annoying really.

The XP Pro version seemed to work OK initially but I found allot of my games were running really slowly and the extra internet security was just damn annoying.

The best thing was that it uninstalled perfectly, well done MS
