Windows XP Pro Account
I need a little bit of help with my Pc setting for long enough now Pc has ran ok but other day when i swithced Pc on i was asked which user i wanted to use but i am the ONLY one as before it just used to boot to the desktop but now it goes to the screen to select wich user how do i switch this of please ?

Check in the Control Panel > User Accounts and click on the link "Change the way users log on or off" and check that "Use Welcome Screen" is ticked. If you are the only user and have not entered a password, it should log you in automatically next time you switch on.
Failing that, you can use TweakUI to change login behaviour and auto-login any selected user with/without a password.
