IE crashing
Help - this is driving me mad!!!!
Everytime a new IE window opens (eg clicking on a link etc) whilst IE is running IE crashes and I have to close it down?
Anyone any ideas?
I am running XP, IE6 and mcafee

Everyone is going through a similar thing. In effect whats happening is that all the flaws and security holes in IE have made it a target for hackers (trojan's etc)
I would switch to one of the superior browsers out there, that are completely free, more secure and feature things such as inbuilt pop-up blocking, etc...

Downloaded netscape, when looking at a menu bar on a web page previously when the mouse was held over it the menu bar expanded, now it doesnt on netscape???
Do I need to change the settings?

The problem you mention however sounds as though the website you are visiting has been coded for ie only, and is not cross browser compatible.
Have you tried running any spyware killers and antivirus program etc as I've seen spyware / viruses cause this sort of problem before...
