shockwave maker?
anyone know how to make a shockwave thingy whatever you call 'em
basically cut and paste off a website but shorten the time of it.

A flash movie, or a shockwave movie? Two different apps to make them afaik.
Quite easy to save the app off, find the object uri by viewing the page source, use a grabber tool or make a dummy html page on your pc that has a href to the object then use save as on the link.
Altering the timing on it is a bit more tricky. You'll probably need to rip the thing apart (tools out there, check google) then load it into a program like Macromedia Flash to edit the timings etc.
Might be other ways that people have, I've never had the need to do it, but thats how I'd go about it.
