finance software - Quicken 'upgrade'
I have been a user of Quicken software for quite a while now (probably get a grade C - could try harder report
) - Anyway having lost my 98 Delux CD I purchased a copy of '2004 Money Manager' thinking to get the auto downloads from bank etc...
I could not get it to open my previous saved data...
Anyway it turns out they seem to be having quite a few problems with the software according to the help line. 1st chap was very helpful, 2nd chap (probably in India
) was fairly blunt and basicly told me I would have to upgrade to the full XG version at £59.99 to be able to import pre-2000 files!
This seems a bit of a rip off to put it nicely!
Is this right? Is there any other way of importing the data I already have?
As it stands I would be better off with a replacement of 98!!!
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers
Mick
