am i missing something, but when i connected my 6230 via usb data cable to my pc, the 6230 connection software only lists IR and serial, not USB. the software doesn't recognise that the phone's there, but the PC does.

do i need to reinstall the software?

 

I have used a dku-2 USB cable with my 6230 without any problems, and the connection manager in PC-suite shows up the usb option. What version of PC suite are you using as it has to be quite recent for it to work with the 6230, and have you installed the cable drivers?

 

I am using the DKU-2 with 6230 also with no problems, using PC Suite 6.2.16

Did you install the software before connecting the cable to the PC/Phone?
