MSN Messenger "Received File" Link stopped working

When a file is received over MSN Messenger, a message appears that "You have successfully received" followed by the path and file name which is usually a hyperlink/shortcut to launch the file. Thing is, it used to work like that but looks like I've boogered about with one setting too many

and now when I get this message it is text only - not a link

Not a major issue, more a PITA, but would be grateful if someone could help me get it working again please.

Ive noticed this too, but only on certain files types. .jpgs, etc i need to click the "open" link then find the file. Ive received other types of files and the link works as it used to.
