Sharing Calendar in non Exchange environment

Sharing Calendar in non Exchange environment
My company doesnt have its own exchange server...yet, and in the meantime we need a way of sharing calendars.
We've tried using netfolders (outlook 2000) which was temperamental and have now upgraded to Outlook 2003. Can anyone tell me of any other methods for sharing the Calendar? I've seen some 3rd party software such as 4Team for MS Outlook, has anyone used it?
Any help much appreciated
Ben

jamin,
too be honest must of them dont work very well! I searched high and low for something decent, in the end we needed a crm system as well so that can sit in outlook and use the shared calendar in that instead, not much help I know! There is one called outlook4team which looks ok, think it uses emails to do it, some of the clever ones seem flaky, Ive got part way thru writing my own and its not an easy task, well not if you want to bypass the security checks prevalent in outlook2k onwards.
oops, just noticed youve looked at 4team
good luck

If you have a Linux server somewhere, you could have a look at PHProjekt which offers web-based calendaring (plus loads of other stuff).
Linux is free, PHProject is free, so you only should need a spare PC to get the thing running.
We are thinking of using this at work, 'cos the Netfolders way is too flakey!!
