Default PlusNet customers Reviews please

Just about to order my BBand package from them but wanted to see if most are happy with this provider. I have been scouring adsl.org for some time and was originally going to go for one of Bulldogs products but typically it didn't do the one I wanted at my exchange.

Seems a good deal for 27.23.vat a month.

I'm using Plus.net at the minute, there good. I have been using them for over a year now and they haven't put a foot wrong yet. There the best ISP I have used so far. There website is very good, as it gives you a logon so you can track your ADSL order, Monthly usage and all sorts of other stuff.

looking at the spec sheet, that service is capped at 4GB/month. if you are gonna do a lot of download (you probably will with a 2M line!), you will hit the limit pretty quick.

alternatively, have a look at www.cpbb.co.uk or www.pipex.co.uk.

I have been using them since before christmas. I don't have a cap on mine ?

In that time it has only gone down twice.

Once the weekedn after I got it, dialled in using the free number and within 30 mins was alive again.

The second was a month or so ago, when they had lost one of their ATM's.

Overall fantastic product, good web based management :-)

I've been using plus.net for over two years now. MATTeL recommended it to me and I love it. It's only a dialup connection, but then at the time, BB was not available in the area so I did not have a lot of choice.

Great customer support, both web and phone based.
