Sony Ericsson T630 and GPRS?
Got myself a new T630 and fancy setting up the internet access using GPRS. It's vodafone contract so GPRS is available. Used the Sony Ericsson website to send the MMS (that's what I need isn't it?) to the phone. Accepted new settings but no idea what to do now As far as I can see all I've still got is WAP (but via GPRS - could this be poss?). What I'd like is the Vodafone live type WAP but also the option to access the full internet using GPRS. Anyone else doing this - I'm baffled

Yes, you now do WAP over GPRS. To confirm GPRS is live for your account, look at the signal meter. If it has a blue triangle filling the space above the vertical lines, GPRS is available for use.
Also see here for configuration guides (the T68 will be the closest match to your phone).
As for full internet access, what do you mean? Do you want to use your phone with your laptop? The phone itself will only do WAP and email.

Cheers class A, thought this was the case. Don't really need GPRS so reverted to the GSM option. I think I was confused that they seem to class WAP as internet on some of the websites. Now sorted thanks.
